Brownie Troop 1119 is selling cookies to benefit the Western Slope Honor Flight on Saturday, March 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. At Holiday Cleaners: 1251 N. 3rd St., Grand Junction, 241-2594. The cost is $3.50 per box. Cash and local checks will be accepted (with valid I.D. phone #.)

We will collect donated boxes of cookies for our brave WWII vets to enjoy during their Honor Flight to Washington D.C. this May. Enjoy your favorite cookies, support local girl Scouts and World War Two veterans from Western Colorado. Monetary donations may also be made directly to the Western Slope Honor Flight at Holiday Cleaners. Our troop goal is to collect 101 boxes of cookies, one for each veteran.
